This privacy policy describes how we handle your personal information. We collect, use, and share personal information to help the Buildingbargains.com.au website (‘Buildingbargains.com.au’) work and to keep it safe (details below). In formal terms, The Building Bargains Group Pty Limited, Suite 4, 10 O’Connell Street (Cnr 29 Hunter Street), PARRAMATTA, NSW 2150 (registered address), acting itself and through its subsidiaries, is the “data controller” of your personal information. Collection. Information posted on Buildingbargains.com.au is obviously publicly available.Buildingbargains.com.au will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you are consenting to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers.

  • email address, physical contact information, and (depending on the service used) sometimes financial information;

There may be a charge associated with such requests but these will not exceed the amounts permitted by law. We retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent bad guys from coming back.

General. We may update this policy at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or 30 days after we post the updated policy on the site, whichever is sooner. If we or our corporate affiliates are involved in a merger or acquisition, we may share personal information with another company, but this policy will continue to apply.
